REFUND POLICY

Sterile Processing Technician Certification Course

Effective Date: May 2, 2026

1. Purpose

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which tuition refunds are issued to students enrolled in the Sterile Processing Technician Certification Course offered by Kruah Consultants LLC. By enrolling in the course and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this policy.

2. Course Fee

The total cost of the Sterile Processing Technician Certification Course is $2,500.00, which includes the course textbook (Sterile Processing Technical Manual, 9th Edition), workbook, expert instruction, Certificate of Completion, and HSPA CRCST exam eligibility.

Payment is accepted via Zelle (229-296-6402), CashApp ($kruahconsultants), or credit/debit card online (subject to a processing fee). Two payment options are available:

Option 1: Full Payment

Option 2: Payment Plan

$2,500 due in full by May 1, 2026

($2,550 if paid online with processing fee)

$1,000 down payment + first $300 installment due by May 1, 2026

Followed by 4 remaining weekly installments of $300

3. Payment Deadline

All payments (full payment or down payment plus first installment) must be received no later than May 1, 2026. Enrollment is only confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Late Payment: Payments received after the May 1, 2026 deadline will result in a delay in the delivery of course textbooks and workbooks. Students who submit late payments may not have their materials available on the first day of class.

4. Refund Schedule

The following refund schedule applies to all enrolled students:

4.1 Withdrawal Before the Start of Class

Students who withdraw from the course before the first day of class (May 2, 2026) are entitled to a 100% refund of all tuition payments made.

• The full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

• Processing fees paid for online credit/debit card transactions are non-refundable, as these fees are charged by the payment processor and are not retained by Kruah Consultants LLC.

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to tekruahjr@kruahconsultantsllc.com or by phone at 229-296-6402.

4.2 Withdrawal After the Start of Class

Students who withdraw from the course after the course has started (on or after May 2, 2026) will be subject to a 30% administrative fee based on the total course cost.

• 30% of $2,500 = $750.00. Administrative Fee:

• The remaining 70% of tuition paid ($1,750 maximum) will be refunded to the student.Refund Amount:

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

• Online credit/debit card processing fees ($50 for full payment; $45 for down payment)

• Course materials (textbook and workbook) that have already been distributed to the student

7. Course Materials

Course materials, including the Sterile Processing Technical Manual (9th Edition) and workbook, are included in the tuition fee. If a student receives course materials and subsequently withdraws:

• If materials are returned in unused condition, no additional deduction will be applied.

• If materials are not returned or are returned in used condition, the cost of materials may be deducted from the refund amount.

8. No-Show Policy

Students who fail to attend the course without providing written notice of withdrawal will be considered a “no-show.” No-show students are subject to the same refund terms as students who withdraw after the start of class (30% administrative fee applies). Kruah Consultants LLC will make reasonable efforts to contact the student before processing any charges.

9. Course Cancellation by Kruah Consultants LLC

In the unlikely event that Kruah Consultants LLC cancels the course for any reason, all enrolled students will receive a full 100% refund of all tuition payments, including any processing fees. Refunds in this case will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation announcement.

All refund requests must include the student’s full name, date of enrollment, payment method used, and reason for withdrawal.

11. Acknowledgment & Agreement

By enrolling in the Sterile Processing Technician Certification Course and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Refund Policy. This policy is subject to change at the discretion of Kruah Consultants LLC, with reasonable notice provided to enrolled students.
