1. Program description

Kruah Consultants LLC ("Kruah Consultants," "we," "us") operates the Kruah Consultants Class Info Alerts text messaging program. When you opt in, we send SMS text messages from (551) 377-6760 with information you requested about our Sterile Processing Technician (CRCST) certification course, such as class dates, location, tuition and payment options, and registration links, as well as registration confirmations, class schedule reminders, Zoom links, and payment reminders for enrolled students. We do not send third-party marketing, and we do not share your opt-in or mobile number with anyone for their marketing.

2. How to opt in

You can opt in to Kruah Consultants Class Info Alerts in any of these ways:

• By checking the SMS consent box when you register for a course on www.kruahconsultantsllc.com. The box is unchecked by default, and consent is not a condition of purchase or enrollment.

• By texting a keyword such as INFO, CLASS, START, or YES to (551) 377-6760.

• By calling (551) 377-6760 and asking our receptionist to text you course information. The receptionist will confirm your mobile number with you before any message is sent.

After you opt in, you will receive a confirmation text: "Kruah Consultants: You're subscribed to CRCST course info & class updates. Up to 8 msgs/month. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel."

3. Message frequency

You will receive up to 8 messages per month. Actual frequency depends on what you request and whether you are enrolled in a course (for example, weekly payment reminders during the 5-week payment plan and reminders before each class).

4. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply to every message you send or receive as part of this program. Check with your carrier for details about your plan.

5. How to opt out

To stop receiving text messages at any time, reply STOP to any message from (551) 377-6760. You will receive a final confirmation text that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. You can also opt out by calling (551) 377-6760 or (229) 296-6402, or by emailing tekruahjr@kruahconsultantsllc.com. To rejoin, text START to (551) 377-6760.

7. Supported carriers and liability

Kruah Consultants Class Info Alerts is available on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and your device.

8. Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary to deliver the messages you have requested (for example, our messaging service provider). 9. Changes to these terms
